We are developing algorithms toward the next generation data sharing of sensitive healthcare data. We have previously developed a set of algorithms for conducting logistic, Cox, Poisson, linear mixed effects regressions. We are currently developing algorithms to tackle key challenges in integration of real-world data, including heterogeneity, high-dimensionality, missingness, velocity of the data.
